Client Support Co-ordinator

Our client is currently seeking a client support administrator to join their busy team. This is a varied role that will involve providing administrative support to both internal and external customers along with providing excellent customer service. This company offers excellent training, company benefits and team environment.

Role: Client Support Co-ordinator Where: Winchester Salary: £18,000pa

Responsibilities will include:

- Providing administrative support to customers via post, email and internal systems ensuring that deadlines are met and customer expectations are exceeded- Providing excellent customer support to internal and external customers - Liaising with other departments internally building effective working relationships- Providing assistance at events as and when required as a professional representative of the company

You will need:

- Proven experience within a similar role- An excellent telephone manner- To be customer focused and have previous experience of offering first class/ premium customer service - The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines- To be detail orientated with a high level of accuracy- A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent including Mathematics and English at grade C or above- To be IT literate in MS Office
