HR and Administration Assistant - Outskirts of Southampton - £22,000 - £23,500 - Free parkingThis is an exciting and rare opportunity for a recent Graduate (or equivalent) who has some administration experience to join a rapidly growing and innovative global company based on the outskirts of Southampton in a beautiful location. This in an incredibly diverse role that will include HR, Secretarial, Marketing and Administration support so you must be happy to turn your hand to a variety of tasks. You will be reporting directly to the HR and Recruitment Manager and providing day to day support in different areas of the business and in turn gaining a demonstrable amount of exposure within the office. Responsibilities include:Assisting with recruitment by advertising job descriptions, liaising with recruitment agencies, organising interviews and providing feedbackAssisting with the management of contracts, renewals and documentation.Compiling HR reports as and when required.Support the Marketing Manager with the creation and implementation of online marketing campaigns - content writing, landing page design and email marketingManage stock levels of marketing collateral, promotional items and exhibition equipmentCoordinate production and shipping of marketing materials for events and international partnersOrganising and maintaining the business CRM system and client contacts in conjunction with the marketing and sales teams.Administration of the travel arrangements including organising all travel bookings as required. Preparing end to end itineraries for business trips, including visas, flights, trains, accommodation, car hire, taxi's etc.Provide administrative support to the business to include; telephone answering service, maintain an organised, professional and friendly office environment at all times, ensuring the office is maintained to the highest possible standard, meeting and greeting visitors to the office in a professional and welcoming manner, arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms and provide refreshments for visitors and in-house meetingsManagement of all stationary for the site and replenishment ordering when required.Processing of incoming/outgoing post for the site.Processing of expenses for the Directors.Keys skills:A self-starter with a positive attitudeAble to keep calm under pressureStrong organisational skills with the ability to multi taskProactive and able to demonstrate initiativeFlexible with workloadCompetent on Microsoft Office Excel and WordExcellent numeracy and written grammarProfessional and well presented
