Tate are recruiting a Property Assistant to work along side one other and report into a Property Manager who oversees a small but exclusive portfolio of business & residential property.
Based out of a Stevenage office, with property in Hertfordshire and London.
You will naturally be an exceptional organiser with a facilities or property management background who is able to react quickly to instructions and matters arising.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
. Booking annual services for alarms, fire extinguishers, household appliances, garden machinery, cars and lifts.
. Liaising with with contractors to discuss repairs, maintenance & obtaining quotes.
. Arranging emergency call outs break downs or security related matters.
. Renewing insurance policies and processing of any claims administration for properties & contents.
. Assisting with utility service companies admin / changes.
. Assisting with the management of cleaning contracts for all properties.
. Updating key holder lists and maintaining information on the property database.
Your skills, attributes and business acumen should include the following:
. Previously worked in facilities or property management for small commercial business or a private household
. Organised & Methodical
. Good communication skills, with accurate grammar and presentation of written correspondence
. Able to prioritise, be proactive & cope under pressure
. Computer literate, knowledge of Word and Excel and Outlook for emails
. Car driver
. Flexibility to work longer hours if ever required to, and to attend emergency call outs
