This is a great opportunity for a Project Administrator who is either a graduate or someone with 1-2 years' experience looking for a new and exciting challenge.

The role will be assisting the Project Management team to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of new software solutions which will be highly visible in the public domain.

The tasks the candidate will be responsible for are:

  • Liaising with the development team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Reporting issues and updates to the Project Managers.
  • Helping with day-to-day customer support issues.
  • Monitoring key milestones and implementation dates within the Projects.
  • Helping with ongoing internal projects such as recruitment and contractual obligations.
  • Helping manage staff availability.
  • Produce Project status reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Although this role is not specifically a technical role, familiarity with the functionality of video streaming services and website technologies will help the candidate in performing this role.

Requirements:

  • The candidate will be either educated to degree level or have 1-2 years commercial Project Administration experience, ideally in a software, mobile or web development environment.
  • Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in any of the following areas would be of benefit (but not essential) - Jira, Scrum, Microsoft Office, understanding of mobile and web technologies and their development.
  • Candidates must be capable of administering multiple concurrent projects of varying sizes.

For the right candidate this role presents some excellent opportunities to grow in a world class team.

The candidate will be exposed to work throughout the project life-cycle and they will have a very real and direct impact on the products and services the company provides to the clients they work with.

Our client is committed to the development of employees and the experience gained in this role will enable the candidate to progress into new opportunities in the future such as project manager or account manager.
