Woking, Surrey - clients offers flexible working from home/office

Our FMCG client based in Woking is looking to recruit for a Talent and L&D Coordinator. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the regional Learning & Development strategy across the our clients International region.

The role will be split into the following 3 areas:

Learning & Development

  • Regional Leadership Programmes are project managed as follows:
    • End-to-end event management for delegates & facilitators (incl. accommodation, flights, transfers etc.)
    • Preparation of the venue, gifts, guest-speakers, materials, technology, MS Teams etc. as required for each programme and to vendor requirements
    • Act as the Single Point of Contact for all logistical queries
    • Supports with vendor meetings as required as part of the project plan
    • Mentors costs according to the budget and provides reporting
  • Ensures that all regional materials are loaded onto the applicable platform for ease of access across the region
  • Supports in preparation for and follow-up actions
  • Support with the coordination of Mentoring Programme
  • Support with the scheduling (including logistics) for hub development

Talent & Development

  • Support the Regional team with travel and accommodation arrangements according to requirements and consistent with Company policies and procedures. Support in amendments as requested
  • Prepare and co-ordinate all the functional talent decks for presentation. This includes verification of succession plans, potential ratings and scheduling of the cycle
  • Preparation of reports and metrics as per the process
  • Supports with regional engagement activities for example: Pulse Survey's and Global Opinion Surveys

Psychometric Assessments

  • Scheduling psychometric assessments for regional roles
  • Maintain the database of psychometric assessment results according to GDPR requirements (ensuring that records are sorted as per company policy and legal requirements)

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a matrix and international environment, preferably in FMCG/Blue Chip Company
  • Previous experience as an L&D coordinator desirable
  • Verbal & written proficiency in English. A second language is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel MS Teams and SharePoint)
  • Excellent communication Skills (both written & verbal)
