IT Apprenticeships

We’re looking for ambitious individuals to join Nationwide’s IT Apprenticeships. You’ll need 5 GCSEs including Maths and English A*-C, 9-4 or equivalent and an A-level, a Level 3 Apprenticeship or other relevant qualification, as well as relevant experience in a STEM subject.

As an apprentice on Nationwide’s Technology Development Programme (TDP), you’ll gain valuable skills and qualifications whilst learning on the job. You’ll work towards a Level 4 higher apprenticeship certificate over 18 to 24 months with the opportunity to work in the Network Engineering team. You’ll receive a full company induction, on-the-job training plan, development support from Nationwide, as well as your own apprenticeship skills coach to ensure you succeed and shine in your new role.
