Tate ranked 36 on the Best Companies to Work For 2016

Tate, an award winning recruitment company that provides high calibre candidates for office professional roles, has been ranked at number 36 in the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work for 2016.

The Sunday Times Best Companies To Work For league table ranks the UK’s leading employers based on leadership, management, well being, corporate social responsibility, employee engagement and how happy staff are with core elements such as pay, work pressures and benefits. The Best Companies lists are the UK’s leading assessment of workplace engagement and have been conducted annually since 2001.

Tate was bench marked against more than 700 small businesses seeking accreditation and achieved the highest three star rating. Tate has also recently achieved the Investors in People Gold Award which recognises Tate’s strong focus on staff development and engagement.

David Clubb, Managing Director of Tate commented: “I am delighted that Tate has been recognised again in the Times Top 100 best companies and a 3 star award for staff engagement. We constantly ask for feedback from our teams and use this to keep developing our engagement strategies to be a great place to work. We have doubled our headcount and returns over the last 3 years and so gaining recognition in this way and from our Gold award Investors in people makes us feel very proud and demonstrates we truly do care for the welfare of our staff.”
