Account Manager - up to £20,000-£25,000 uncapped commission - Eastleigh
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing and innovative organisation. If you have a proven track history of growing and developing existing accounts and bringing on new business and you enjoy the variety of both then this role could be ideal for you.
You will be responsible for making contact with clients in the education sector and talking them through the company and product details, arrange demonstrations of the product and follow through to order. You will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities through the existing customer base.
Each Account Manager is allocated their own series of geographical areas nationwide and you will be dealing with phone calls and/or email leads that come through on a daily basis.
You will contact clients on a regular basis to assess interest and book demonstrations and up sell products.
Update spreadsheets with date of last contact and future action required.
Using the Google Calendar book demonstrations with relevant demonstrators aiming to have 3 demonstrations a day.
Liaise with Senior Account Manager to ensure calendar is filled for each demonstrator and to query availability.
Ensure that all follow up calls are made on a regular basis and that time is allotted each week to this process.
Answer queries as quickly as possible, asking support, development or Senior Account Manager for assistance or clarification when necessary.
· Emailing marketing information
· Keeping administration during the day to a minimum and carrying this out later in the day.
· Emailing existing customers to inform them of new products available to them.
· Develop and update market intelligence with reference to your areas.
