Experienced Customer Service Advisors required for an urgent temporary placement located in central Horsham.

Our client is seeking candidates with previous telephone-based customer service experience to join their Accounts team on a full time temporary basis. These roles are expected to last for anywhere between 8 - 16 weeks and working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Duties and responsibilities will include dealing with client enquiries, taking payments, organising payment plans, chasign arrears and sending payment reminders, so any added experience with these duties would be advantageous.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to handle a busy and varied workload, be resilient and hardworking, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Due to their central location, unfortunately our client does not provide car parking facilities, however they are easily reached via public transport, or free on street parking can be found within a short walk.
