Who we are looking for
An organised and motivated person, who thrives on responsibility and enjoys working in a fast paced environment, passionate about providing and instilling outstanding Customer service by coaching, developing skills and knowledge in a team to deliver results and KPI's. Excellent communication at all levels plus the ability to create and build relationships is vital in this role. As key escalation point for our Field based Team Leaders you will ensure that we work together effectively and efficiently. Confident with the ability to problem solve and suggest creative solutions in order to ensure that a world class field team service is provided to our customers at all times, and that our field teams resource is utilised effectively.
About the role
To lead and develop the Regional Planning team who are responsible for planning of all field based visits to any machine. As Team Leader you are the pivotal role between the internal Helpline teams and field teams as the cascade point for new initiatives and business change. It can be a highly pressured environment so you will need to rationally prioritise and at times think on your feet. Geographic awareness and IT competence is a must, as an integral member of the team you will take an active planning role when required.
The Regional Planning Team operate seven days a week and you'll need to work five days a week 08.00 - 16.30 which includes working one weekend every 4th week. You will be enthused to work in a flexible manner, supporting your team members.
