£17,000 plus uncapped commission and benefits
Premium vehicle hire business is looking to recruit Customer Experience Representatives to deliver exceptional service
The role is to book car hire, collect customers on arrival to ensure extraordinary service, use a consultative questioning approach to upsell other services, review future bookings to manage fleet availability. Full training is provided but you need to have the desire and ability to exceed targets
The ideal candidate will be very well presented with a friendly and confident personality, excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels, desire to be successful and achieve targets/bonus
Main Duties:
· Answer customer queries regarding vehicle hire, taking payments as required and logging all payments received
· Upselling of other services within product range to suit customer requirements using a consultative approach
· Greeting customer walk ins and maximising vehicle hire opportunities
· Reviewing future bookings to manage fleet for availability, upgrades and vehicle rental returns
Required Skills & Experience:
· Must have previous experience in a sales environment working to targets
· Must hold a full clean driving licence
· Good standard of communication - verbal and written
· Excellent relationship building ability - by telephone and in person
· Ability to work under pressure to deadlines and hit targets
· Have a desire to be successful, achieve targets/bonus and contribute to team success
· Good IT skills
· Well presented, approachable, friendly and confident
· Must be available and willing to work shifts, weekends and holiday periods on a rota basis
