Customer Service Coordinator
Temp to perm
£8.25 - £9.00 per hour
Monday - Friday (09:00 - 17:00)
Our well established and dynamic client is currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy and growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple engineer dairies
- Schedule customer appointments
- Handle any customer queries via telephone and email
- Provide updates or amendments to engineers
- Check-in and follow up scheduled appointments
Experience/Skills required:
- Customer service experience based within a call centre environment is essential
- Experience with diary management is ideal but not essential
- Must thrive under pressure
- Must be able to prioritise a heavy workload and work to strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised
