Customer Service Operative

Tate are currently recruiting for two part time Customer Service operatives to work alongside one of the UK's top twenty housing associations based in Barnet, North London.

The Role is paying £10.00 per hour to the right candidate and will be on a flexible work pattern of 18 hours only between the hours of 8am -6pm, Monday - Friday.
The role itself is a telephone based role dealing with inbound calls from tenants and potential tenants with a range of queries, logging information on the internal system while maintaining a professional, calm and empathetic manner.
The Ideal person will have a good telephone manner, as this is a telephone based role, with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook, previous call centre work and use of a CMS is preferable but not essential.
