My client, a construction company based near Eastleigh is currently recruiting for an exciting temporary position as a Customer Service Coordinator.
Based on site with free parking this role will last at least 6 months and possibly be ongoing.
The role will involve the following responsibilities;
- Managing and allocating reported defects directly from home owners
- Updating the customer care database to ensure all defects are logged efficiently
-Provide feedback and communication to Contract Managers and Technical Managers
-Complaints Management and queries
-Liaising with sub-contractors and customers to ensure defects are resolved within target guidelines
-Reporting updates to the clients, including notifications and completion information as required.
Our client is ideally seeking a candidate with a strong customer service background. Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach is essential together with the desire to commit to a long term booking.
