IT/Database Coordinator

Our client based in Farnham, is seeking an experienced IT/Database Coordinator to join a great IT team.
Key Duties:
Database Management
Create, Document and train all relevant team members in Customer Record entry to ensure database is maintained
Following up on email campaign bounce backs
Ensure compliance with data protection laws
Database cleansing
Product Guide Price proofing and supporting the pricing process and uploads
Product database maintenance and control
Change Control process support/Product Guide proofing
Support in pricing updates and processes/Cost implosions/Stock Cycle counts/Stock code conversion
Deliver database requirements in required format and deliver mail merge documents
Contacts database management
Website analysis support
IT Support

New user setup including desktop, emails, Syspro and Salesforce
Printer setup and support
Desktop support and error resolution for all Windows
Support ticket management
Hardware troubleshooting and replacement sourcing
Network setup and management
Phone system management
Microsoft Exchange management
Salesforce and Syspro general administration (new fields, layouts, reports)

Skills and experience required

Intuitive, common-sense thinker
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
Organised focused nature with ability to multitask
Microsoft Office knowledge, a minimum level of proficiency in Excel including vLookups
In depth knowledge of hardware and software
Up-to-Date knowledge of latest IT and software trends
Willingness to sometimes work out of hours when required
Ability to explain complex technical information to people of all knowledge levels
Determination to meet deadlines
Strong administrative skills
Good communication skills
A pro-active attitude with the ability to work under own initiative
