Our client based in Farnham, is seeking an experienced sales support/customer service professional to join a great team.
Key duties:
Provide key support to Agents and Distributors worldwide
Build strong relationships with our clients and provide exceptional customer service
Handle inbound sales and customer service enquiries
Using CRM System Salesforce record all customer activity
Provide feedback to the business on a regular basis
Attend and contribute to regular team meetings
Perform any other duties that may reasonably be required by the Manager
Help and support with events

Requirements:

Previous Customer Service experience essential
Superb communication skills with confident, friendly telephone manner.
Proactive can-do attitude
Keen attention to detail
Ability to work under own initiative and multitask
Experience of Salesforce preferable but not essential
