Busy customer service role based in Hammersmith. Seeking a switched on customer service professional.

You will be the first point of contact for all customer engagement and have to proactively and manage deliver a positive experience throughout their journey.

The role includes:

-Maintaining accurate account information

-The timely and accurate billing of accounts

- Process customer payments and ensure accounts are reconciled accurately

- Deal with invoices

- Other various data entry and administration tasks

Experience within the energy industry is preferable but not essential.
