Supporting the recruitment and sales team with administration.
Answer and greet visitors, answer incoming calls
Deal with incoming post, manage courier collections
Register and collate new starter information, induction packs, references
Chase weekly staff time sheets for payroll processing
Processing administration for new starters and registering details onto the database
Deal with incoming client and candidate calls
Support the accounts department with payroll and invoice queries
Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
IT Literate Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Work on own initiative
Cope with changing environments and at times pressure
Ability to prioritise and undertake multiple tasks
Driving license desirable not essential
Previous related experience
