My client is an independent and privately owned business within the waste management industry; from domestic to commercial and support clientele from housing, office to skip hire
A growing organisation who have a real family feel in-house
Currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to support the business;
This is a full time and permanent role based on the growth externally
Salary bracket from £16,000 to £21,000 per annum + bonus
Monday to Friday 0800 to 1700
Parking onsite
This role involves high volumes of inbound calls, from customer queries, order and complaint
To work off an in-house system
You will be familiar with MS office (word and excel) Basic knowledge will suffice
Full training provided
It is a busy and dynamic work environment; you will be a team player with a confident telephone manner and have good administrative skills
You will be proactive, organised and efficient
This is a progressive role and with good opportunities
Supporting new and existing customer
You will ensure service delivery is met at all times
