We are urgently seeking a high quality "Personal Assistant" or "Administrator" for an ongoing full time temporary position located in central Horsham.

Our client has requested some full time ongoing temporary support to one of their management teams, to provide admin support and assisting with the following duties:
Collating figures and typing reports
Minute taking and distributing actions
Further administrative duties
To be successful in this role you should have:
A highly organised manner
Strong MS Office skills including Excel (formulas, pivot tables, vlook-ups etc)
Good keyboard skills
A flexible working approach
Confidence and experience in taking minutes or meeting notes
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
The ability to maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external contacts.
