Customer Service Administrator
Due to even more expansion already this year I am looking to recruit for a lovely successful business just outside Winchester. Due to another successful year the team are expanding again and looking for a new member of the Customer Service team.
The role is busy and varied and and will include some of the following duties:
Taking calls from prospective and existing customers and processing the order
prepare sales orders and delivery notes
File and collate sales order records
Customer Service Logistics, assist with delivery and transport queries
Answering and trade queries or complaints
General Administration
Some credit control assistance
You will have a confident and articulate communication style, hard working with a great work ethic. You will need to be organised and diligent.
This is a small team so you will be an experienced team player
This is a busy and varied role and will require the right person to be proficient in Excel and problem solving and Sage knowledge is desirable
