Customer Support Representative

Job Purpose: To ensure that the highest standard of service and information is supplied in response to all enquiries and orders from the companies customers and consumers in a correct and timely manner.

Roles and Responsibilities

§ Managing sales orders and invoices for a portfolio of assigned and Export customers.

§ Accurately processing all orders

§ Send customer invoices through email or post as required.

§ Process all reverse logistic queries such as returns and co-ordinate on customer claims for damages, shortages and other order discrepancies.

§ Investigate customer claims and raise credit notes where appropriate.

§ Assisting Marketing and Sales Teams with all customer sample requests

§ Liaise with internal on customer and pricing queries as and when required

§ Manage Sales administration (samples, new line forms, etc...) and any other tasks required to support Sales

§ Be up to date on companies products

§ To answer telephone calls from consumers and in a professional manner

§ Dispatching replacement products and accompanying literary advice if necessary.

Skills Required:

· Customer service background

· Strong communication & interpersonal skills

· Be able to prioritise work load efficiently

· Be able to use SAP

· Logistics background desirable
