Customer Services - Watford - £18-21k
A successful and rapidly growing company in Watford is looking for experienced Customer Service Executives to join their team. The role will consist of the following duties-
- Dealing with customers via phone, email and live chat.
- Updating customers on the progress of their orders.
- Arranging bespoke documentation and quotations.
- Updating Customer information on the in-house system.
- Attending client meetings, shows and events.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following -
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - with a polite phone manner.
- High competence in Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in a similar role is essential
