I am looking for a hands-on administrator to join a close knit team based in Ely. This unique opportunity would suit someone who can use their initiative and is happy to take on any tasks you are presented with.

Key duties of the role:

*Basic accounts duties, such as bank reconciliations, invoicing and weekly banking.
*Customer service, both face to face and over the phone.
*Assisting with the sale process for the company, and helping with customer queries on products.
*General office duties such as office maintenance and ordering of office supplies.
Person specification:
*Experience with accounts is preferable.
*Varied experience within an administration based role.
*Willingness to take on a variety of tasks, and confidence to meet customers face to face.
*Strong communications skills both verbally and written.
