Customer Services Compliance Administrator x 2
A leading merchant bank within the heart of the City is looking for Customer Service Administrators to join their team, within the treasury department. Due to growth and restructure, this is an exciting time to join a team that will be changing and improving in exciting technological ways over the next two years.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that the on boarding process of both corporate and retail customers is accurate and in accordance with SLAs.
Main duties include:
*Creating and maintaining customer records
*Processing ongoing requests, ensuring that customer instructions are acted upon
*Ensure all compliance requirements are adhered to
*Identify any discrepancies and ensure issues or gaps are escalated
This role is very similar to an administrator within a compliance team, and requires someone with impeccable attention to detail, and with the ability to stay alert whilst processing almost identical records. The role requires someone who has experience within a professional services organisation, and who has dealt with processing applications.
