Call Handler | Bristol | £18,000
If you have experience as a call handler and are looking for a new opportunities this will be the role for you? My client is looking for someone to join the breakdown team and deal with incoming calls.
You will be responsible for:
- Taking inbound calls from customers, branch managers and drivers
- Transfer accurate information onto the companies database
- Seeing the process from start to finish
- Forward purchase information
In order to be successful you will need to have:
- More than 6 months experience as a call handler
- Great communication skills
- Positive attitude and the ability to multi-task
- GCSE in both English and Maths
- IT skills
You will be joining a busy and diverse environment and be based in the head office call centre. The working hours are on a shift pattern that rotas every 3 weeks, and will be required to work 1 Saturday morning in 2.
Although that the salary starts at £18,000 after 1 year service you will have 2 salary increased that will bring your basic to £20,000.
