Exciting Temporary to Permanent opportunity in the Eastleigh area, starting immediately Customer Service Advisor are required to join a successful and expanding team for £8.25 per hour. Are you enthusiastic about Customer Services? If so then this could be the right role for you. This is an exciting time to join a nationally recognised expanding company who pride themselves on excellent training and development.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with a variety of customers on a daily basis. Your day will consist of duties such as the following:
· Answering calls from customers
· Dealing with a variety of enquiries
· Logging fault calls and allocating engineers
· Assisting with new customer enquiries and contracts
· Helping promote the company in a professional manner
Due to the nature of the industry you will be required to work a 40 hour week, on a shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, between the hours of 08:00am - 20:00pm. With the availability to also work weekends when you are required. Saturday and Sunday shifts are from 08:00am - 17:00pm (Potentially 2 out of 4).
If you are interested in becoming a Customer Service Advisor, you will need to be passionate and confident in dealing with the general public. You will be required to speak to a high volume of customers from all works of life, so communication and listening skills are an essential, as well as patience, empathy and understanding. You will also need to possess the following:
· Be a team player
· Have the ability to remain calm under pressure
· Have an approachable and welcoming personality
· Be good with time management/keeping
· Feel confident with complaint handling
