The purpose of this role is to develop new business opportunities area through various business development activities, such as sales calls and client meetings. The Permanent Consultant will work alongside an established team and the Branch Manager to drive Tate's services and presence in the local market. Tate's Consultants work in close partnership with our clients, to understand their business needs and to educate them on market trends. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and matching high quality candidates to support our clients' requirements. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record within a sales environment. Knowledge or experience of the Recruitment industry is beneficial, although not essential.
