Experienced administrator required for an upcoming temporary placement located near Gatwick / Horley.
Our Public Sector client is seeking some temporary office admin support to cover a long term absence. This is a full time request which is expected to last for between 3-4 months before being reviewed.
As a facilities administrator you will be responsible for the completion of the day-to-day administration and facilities support duties which will include :
A variety of database duties (using Word, Excel, Outlook)
Answering the telephones
Covering the reception desk
Acting as the first point of contact for all Facilities issues Liaising
with contractors and workmen
Raising PO numbers.
Coordinating incoming jobs and requests
Ordering stock and supplies.
Collating reports.
To be successful in this role you must have the following skills and abilities:
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Be highly organised and be able to prioritise a workload.
Have the ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment.
Have previous office administration experience.
Any previous work experience in Facilities would be advantageous.
