Technical Support/Helpdesk

Permanent Technical Support/Helpdesk person required for Central Brighton based expanding company, competitve salary, amazing benefits and relaxed office. Do you want to use your strong IT knowledge, and enjoy overcoming IT issues, supporting clients over the phone and via email. Are you client focused, a problem solver, who enjoys working in fast paced and deadline driven environment?
If so, our client needs a professional, who enjoys taking a high volume of calls and responding to emails, responding to a variety of IT software based issues. Naturally you will previous IT/helpdesk/Technical Customer support experience and an appreciation of Networks, PC's (File Structures and Directories), and good knowledge of MS Access, SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
Clear, professional phone manner is essential and knowledge of payroll would be a big plus. Positive work attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
