Account Manager required for a 12 month fixed term contract with a salary of £18K per annum based in central Winchester
Are you able to manage an existing customer base to develop long term relationships growing the accounts and providing exceptional service at all times?
Main accountabilities and responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence to be delivered at all times
Developing business relationships build and maintain
Sales proactively identifying opportunities to sell in new products and grow the account
Delegation and Ownership at all times
Event assistance/attendance generate and attend events for key clients as a representative of the company
Full driving licence
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills - ability to monitor territory targets and objectives
Ability to create, maintain and identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships
Detail orientated with high level of accuracy
Able to effectively handle difficult situations and deadline pressures
High level of initiative and ability to take proactive ownership of workloads
Confident host in face to face customer contact
Highly self-motivated and flexible
