Excellent opportunity for a proven Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and effective team in Exeter.
To be considered you must have clear, professional communication skills as the majority of this role will be assisting customers over the telephone. You must be able to build strong, valuable relationships with new and existing customers alike.
Confident data inputting skills are essential along with a sound knowledge of MS Office packages, you will be required to input and maintain accurate information on the company database, running regular reports and be highly organised when managing your workload.
You will be a motivated team member, working together to ensure that a quality service is provided to all customers at all times. Processing payments, invoices and orders, amongst other duties..
