HR Advisor

My well established client based in Exeter, has an urgent requirement for a HR Professional with generalist experience to join them for approximately 1 year, to cover maternity leave.
This part time position (working 24 hours per week) will require the suitable candidate to be CIPD Level 5 (minimum) and be fully committed to the length of the assignment, starting January 17 through until December 17.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must have extensive experience providing operational advice an various employment and employment law matters to managers.
Working knowledge of reviewing and where necessary, devising and implementing policies and procedures.
You will be fully conversant with MS Office and Windows, used for operational administration and analysis.
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential as is the ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and customers.
