An exciting opportunity to manage and develop a permanent recruitment desk for Tate has arisen.
You will be responsible for managing recruitment opportunities on behalf of our clients in the Birmingham and surrounding areas. Tate specialise in office professional vacancies: HR, Administration, Reception, Secretarial, Customer Services, Marketing, Business Development, Data Analysts.
As well as maintaining and developing existing relationships with Tate clients in that area you will be responsible for developing new relationships by introducing the services Tate offer to prospective clients. Full training is provided.

Manage permanent job opportunities on behalf of clients
Advertising opportunities and responding to enquiries
Interviewing of candidates
Search and selection methods to attract candidates
Meeting clients to understand their recruitment needs
Identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities
Outbound sales calls to promote the recruitment services Tate provide
Working to daily, weekly and monthly SLA's and KPI's
Utilise Tate marketing literature to create and distribute marketing campaigns
Previous recruitment experience an advantage but not essential
Proven sales ability
High levels of professionalism and an open honest approach
Passion for delivering exceptional and consultative services
Results driven with a positive and engaging attitude
Highly organised and able to multi-task within a fast paced environment
Resilient and able to deal with the demands of the job
Confident with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail
You need to be a driver in order to conduct client meetings and educated to degree level or equivalent (desirable not essential)
