£18,000 - £20,000
Monday-Thursday 9am - 8pm-35 hours per week, Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00am (Days will be allocated on a shift/rota basis) 1 hour for lunch.
Job Spec
Dealing with customer cancellation requests working to retain custom where by promoting benefits and resolving complaints
Supporting credit control process, updating customer payment details and advising customers re outstanding payments
Working to individual and team KPIs
Build a knowledge of company brand benefits
Dealing with internal and external enquiries
Ensure administrative compliance is met
Provide reports on excel
Person Spec
Excellent Customer Service
Ability to deal with difficult situations
Excellent written communication skills
Confident telephone manner
Numerate and literate
Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel and work
Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload
Team player with a methodical and logical approach
Experience of debt recovery /credit control an advantage
