Monday-Friday shifts: 8am-8pm-35 hours per week
Job Spec:
-Deal with incoming bookings by phone and email
-Update customer details on the database
-Process payments, refunds, reconciliations, chase outstanding payments
-Deal with queries and requests for information
-Support with administration, emails, filing, retrieval of documents
-Deal with cancellations and suspensions of service
-Support with marketing mailshots
-Act as a point of contact for visitors, phone and face to face
- Support customer retention by delivering exceptional service
- Advisor customers of services and benefits available to retain custom
- Work to quality and activity KPIs
- Support the management team to communicate customer offers across the business
Person Specification
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Numerate and literate, ability to draft emails
- Intermediate Word, excel, database, internet skills
- Ability to use own initiative and effectively time manage
- Positive "can-do attitude" Team player
- Languages an advantage not essential - Dutch, French, Spanish
