Customer Service Executive - Watford - £21k to £24k
Global and Expanding company based in Watford looking for a Customer Support Executive to join their Customer Relations Department. Role will consist of dealing with issues received directly from Clients and Customers
- Accurate diagnosis of customer problem to be resolved
- Propose resolutions specific to the customer
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
- Apply the use of goodwill budgets in line with agreed levels
- Update the customer data base
- Work to KPI'S and SLA'S agreed
Ideal candidate will have worked have worked in a similar role and poses
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Good investigation skills and able to gather information
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Able to work plan work load
- Proven experience in a customer facing role with in a busy customer orientated service environment
- Proven ability to meet targets
