Customer Service Advisor

We have an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity in the Eastleigh area Customer Service Advisors are required to join a successful and expanding team.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be involved in answering calls from customers, dealing with a variety of enquiries, logging fault calls and allocating engineers and assisting with new customer enquiries and contracts.
Are you available immediately and able to work a 40 hour week between the hours of 08:00am - 20:00pm Monday to Sunday, on a shift pattern. With the availability to work weekends, Saturday and Sundays 08:00am - 17:00pm (Potentially 2 out of 4).

The role involves speaking to a high volume of customers from all walks of life so good communication and listening skills are essential as well as patience, empathy and understanding.
