Customer Service Administrator

Customer Service Administrators needed for 4 month contract.
£14,500 - Romsey - Commencing on 22nd November until the end of March 2017.

You must be prepared to excel in this role and really put your customer service skills to the test so we are only looking for high calibre dedicated candidates.
The hours are 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am-5.00pm on a Saturday. You will work a total of 37.5 hours a week with overtime over their peak period at Christmas.
Please note that over the Christmas period, our client is unable to authorise any annual leave as this is their busiest period however, there is no requirement to work bank holidays.
You must be able to commit to the dates required and work the hours that are required.
The position:
Taking a high volume of inbound calls from customers who wish to place an order
Responding to orders coming through via email and completing in a timely manner
Processing the details of the order onto the internal database and updating any client information
Processing payments over the telephone and sending confirmation
Liaising with suppliers to fulfil the order during busy periods
