My clients are a market leading financial sector company with offices throughout the UK. They have an excellent opportunity for a highly effective Administration Assistant to join their busy team in Bristol.

To be considered for this position you will have ideally worked in a similar role within financial services or a similar professional organisation. You will have managed diaries, arranged meetings and organised travel, covered a variety of administration tasks and have excellent attention to detail, along with a high level of accuracy. Advanced MS Office skills are required and strong, clear communication skills.

Duties include : Answering telephone calls, cheque requisition/CHAPS and BACS payments, adding stock to the valuation system, maintaining and updating the client database, dispatching contract notes, mail merges, handling queries and liaising with external parties.

You will have flexibility to your working hours using your initiative and working closely with managers and colleagues in a small team.

Qualifications required are A - C grades at GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.

Level 4 Business Administration Certificate (desirable but not essential)

Investment Operations Certificate (desirable but not essential)
