Are you a French speaking Administrator with Accounts experience? My Client a leading construction company based in the City of London are seeking a strong administrator fluent in English and French to support the team. The right candidate will also have the opportunity to spend some time on a monthly basis in the French office. Previous experience in the Construction industry would be highly advantageous and must have a Passport.


  • General Accounts Assistance including: Checking of GBP, EUR account balances, credit control

  • Creating and sending invoices out to UK and International clients

  • Translation of letters from French to English and vice versa

  • General administrative duties

  • Monthly trips to the Paris office to support the team

Person Specification:

  • Fluent in English and French

  • An understanding of the construction industry (highly advantageous)

  • Strong administrative experience

  • Previous experience in an Accounts environment
