A confident Recruitment Manager is required to join a fantastic team
Short Description: This role is responsible for managing the recruitment team on a daily basis and will also focus on recruitment of key operational support roles, management positions and head office roles.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday Based in Slough

Day to day management of the recruitment team with a focus on ensuring that all recruitment is completed in a timely manner and as per the recruitment procedure.
Reporting daily and weekly recruitment data to the business.
Carrying out the end to end recruitment process for nominated support assistant, managerial and head office roles as directed by the HR Manager.
Developing recruitment campaigns ensuring that recruitment is organised and conducted expeditiously for all roles.
Placing adverts on internal job boards and external recruitment job sites.
Making recruitment decisions and dealing with all required recruitment administration.
Developing, maintaining and implementing recruitment processes, procedures and documentation as required.
Developing, maintaining and implementing recruitment plans in conjunction with the relevant operational managers.

Ensuring recruitment matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements.
Enhancing current operations through continuous improvement
hands on experience as a recruiter and as a recruitment manager for a team
Experience in health and social care highly desirable
strong English spoken, listening, writing, communication and presentation skills
First class IT and communication skills
Team orientated and results focused
Confidence to work across all levels of the business
Full driving licence and use of own car
Salary up to £40k depending on experience
