Office Administrator
£10.00-£14 per hour (equivalent to £23,000-£25,000 pa)
An international brand with a family-feel are looking for a professional, business minded individual to join their operation set in the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside. They are market leaders in their field and are seeking a positive, passionate and experienced candidate to become the backbone of the business.

You should have the autonomy to take on extra responsibilities, work late and not be afraid to tackle any challenge. You must be able to coordinate an office and feel confident at all levels within the company. In return you will be repaid with a rewarding career where you can really excel.
· Process orders
· Invoicing
· Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
· Answer incoming calls
· Communication between customers, transport companies and suppliers
· Ad-Hoc administrative tasks when required
· Attend events
Skills & Experience Required:

You should also have experience within the following areas;
· IT Skills
· Microsoft Office (Especially Excel & Word)
· Sage
· Calculate Yields
· Purchase orders
· Processing orders
A Full Driving Licence and own transport is essential.
