We are recruiting for a Resourcing and Training Administrator for a 12 month maternity cover position. It is likely that this role will become permanent as the business is expanding.

We are recruiting for a full time maternity cover role, to work in a thriving health and social care recruitment business.
You will be responsible for managing the initial stages of the candidate experience from initial enquiry, through to training compliance.

Your core responsibilities will include:
* Managing the initial enquiry pipeline
* Pre-screen telephone interviews
* Scheduling registration interviews
* Managing training days
* Supporting the sales staff with admin support

This is a core business function, its smooth running is critical to the continued growth and success of the organisation, as such the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience of the following skills:
* Customer service and diplomacy
* Excellent communication skills
* Time management
* Ability to prioritise workload

Previous exposure within recruitment and/or social care is desirable but by no means essential.
