Monday to Friday 07:00 to 18:00 (must be flexible for shift work) 40 hours per week

- Resolve client queries via telephone and email as first point of contact
- Maintain and up date client records
- Scheduling engineers
- Provide excellent customer service
- General office administration
- PC literate
- Highly motivated
- Customer service experience is desirable
- Able to work in high volume inbound call environment
- Must be a driver
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 18:00 and 1/4 Weekends
