Customer Service/Sales Administrator - Salary £16,000 - £18,000
This is a fabulous opportunity to work for an expanding organisation based just outside Nottingham city centre.
The role will involve taking orders from customers and following the orders through to the end process when the customers orders are received. You will be responsible for checking stock levels are available and if not advising the customers as to when they are available. You will need to be used to working with order processing IT packages along with Excel and outlook.
This role is not just answering the phones, it will be about building relationships with customers along with being able to think outside the box and understanding the customer journey from beginning to end. You will also investigate why orders are not received and able to investigate this through running reports and analysing data.
This role will suit an upbeat person who genuinely enjoys speaking to customers. You will at times be asked about the products and therefore product knowledge will be an essential part of learning this role.
In return you will work with a team of 4 in a friendly open plan office. Benefits are 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, along with a pension of up to 6% matched by the employer. There is also car parking on site and some flexibility to the start and finish times, however the working hours are a standard 37.5 per week Monday to Friday.
