I have a great temporary opportunity starting in the centre of Winchester, working Monday to Friday - 08:30-17:00pm // £7.50 per hour.
Customer Service Advisor:
You will need to possess the following:
*Great front of house skills with a welcoming and friendly personality.
* Providing excellent customer care; ability to quickly establish good rapport with people.
*Excellent listening and telephone skills.
*Ability to work well under pressure, at busy times.
*Excellent verbal communication skills, ensuring all relevant information/calls is passed to the relevant people.
*Good organisational skills.
*Ability to use the whole MS Package.
*Ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
You would be working within the complaints department and would therefore need to be comfortable in speaking with customers on the telephone who may be challenging at times. The role will be a mixture of customer services, so on the telephones and also admin duties.
This role is starting immediately and will be ongoing.
