Answering inbound calls and scheduling engineers to clients
Organising pre-planned and reactive requirements
Contacting clients and keeping them up to date with work orders
Raising work orders on the system and ensuring they are completed
Monitoring emails and responding to them within a certain time frame
Raising purchase orders
Liaising with clients regarding escalated incidents
Managing customer meetings
Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build a rapport quickly
Experience of working within a call centre or customer service based role
Strong IT skills including Word and Excel
Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Organised, friendly, trustworthy and approachable
