Our client based in South Leicester are looking for a high calibre of customer service professionals to join their small, award winning, customer care team.
Working within an inbound team, you will deal with customers enquiries whilst making sure that the customer is receiving the best care and services that they should be.
The working hours for this role are between the hours of 8.30am - 18.00pm (on different shift patterns) on 37.5 hour week (Monday to Friday). Working one in four Saturdays with one day off during the week.
The role is working initially on a temporary basis for 12 weeks then the option to move onto a permanent contract. After your 12 week initial contract, there are lucrative bonuses available.
The role is paying £15,000 + bonus on a permanent basis.
Please note that this is not sales based role and purely customer serviced focused.
