An Administrator is required ASAP to support a team within a creative marketing company based in Manchester City Centre.
The Administrator role will include:
- Supporting Marketing Account Managers with administration
- Preparing documents including proposals, schedules & agendas
- Communicating artwork and documents
- Collation of information for analysis
- Answering calls and dealing with enquiries
- Maintaining internal folders and databases
- Setting up meeting rooms internal and external
- General office support
- Previous experience within administration role (ideally creative or marketing)
- Able to maintain excellent relations internally and externally
- Technically IT savvy, able to use Excel and PowerPoint confidently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
The role will be working full time, on a 6 Month FTC initially but there may be permanent opportunities available. The working hours are 9:30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. Salary £16,000 (pro rata).
